个人简介Personal Profile
赵凯,男,副教授,博士生导师,等离子体模拟与实验课题组(PSEG)成员。
主要从事于低气压射频容性耦合等离子体的实验诊断和数值模拟研究。近年来,负责国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,博士后科学基金特别资助项目1项,博士科学基金面上项目1项,企事业项目多项。曾获得“辽宁省优秀博士学位论文奖”、周培源基金会“蔡诗东等离子体物理奖”。在国内外学术期刊上累计发表学术论文20余篇,申请中国/国际发明专利10项,授权5项。利用自主研制的电磁诊断工具首次在低气压甚高频容性放电中观察到非线性驻波效应,并结合非线性电磁模型揭示了其物理机制,相关成果发表于美国物理学会会刊《Physical Review Letters》上。

(1)低气压射频容性耦合等离子体实验诊断研究;
(2)甚高频容性耦合等离子体中电磁效应和等离子体均匀性的实验与模拟研究;
(3)容性放电中电非对称效应的实验研究;
(4)直流/射频混合放电的实验研究;
(5)kHz超低频容性耦合等离子体特性研究;
(6)射频等离子体的电磁诊断工具开发研究;
(7) 面向光伏电池制备工艺的大面积PECVD装备研究。
