    个人简介

            祖国,外科学博士,副主任医师,大连理工大学医学部硕士研究生导师,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千层次人选;“大连市青年五四奖章”获得者;大连市高层次人才青年才俊。

    主要从事重症患者肠缺血再灌注损伤保护和损伤后的修复再生的基础及临床转化研究,以及胃肠道肿瘤的早期诊断和外科治疗。主持国家自然科学基金1项,辽宁省博士启动基金1项,大连市高层次人才课题1项,参与国家自然科学基金2项。目前以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇。目前是International Journal of Gastroenterology、Acta Materia Medica、Traditional Medicine Research青年编委等。

     

    主持和参与的科研项目:

    1、miR-142-3p靶向调控FoxM1/ Nurr1通路在肠缺血再灌注损伤后再生中的作用及机制研究(项目编号:81700465,国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,20万,主持)。

    2、Nurr1/p21通路在肠缺血再灌注损伤修复中的作用机制及miR-381-3p的调控(项目编号:81671954,国家自然科学基金面上项目,57万,参与)。

    3、Sirt1 调控peroxiredoxin6在肠缺血再灌注所致肠黏膜屏障损伤中的保护作用及机制研究(项目编号:81501699,国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,18万,参与)。

    4、骨髓间充质干细胞通过Foxm1/Nurr1通路促进小肠缺血再灌注损伤后的再生(项目编号:2019-BS-059,辽宁省自然科学基金博士启动基金,3万,主持)。

    5、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯通过Nurr1/p21通路促进肠缺血再灌注损伤后的再生(项目编号:2018RQ27,大连市高层次人才计划青年之星项目,10万,主持)。
