界面聚合法合成含杂萘酮联苯结构共聚芳酯

Abstract:以2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷和4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮(DHPZ)为水相单体,间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)为有机相单体,通过界面聚合方法合成了含杂萘酮联苯结构共聚芳酯(PPAR-D),考察了有机相溶剂、催化剂种类、碱的种类及用量、两种双酚单体与IPC的配比等条件对PPAR-D特性粘度的影响.PPAR-D特性粘度可达到0.35 dL/g,且随着双酚单体中DHPZ含量增加而略有降低.采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征,证明单体之间发生共聚并得到PPAR-D;通过热失重分析、溶解性、特性粘度等对共聚芳酯性能进行表征,结果表明PPAR-D具有良好的热稳定性,在氯仿、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性.
