Abstract:以港口服务水平为基准,提出了沿海港口航道通过能力的定义方法和指标,即在港口正常生产作业状态下,达到指定的港口服务水平时,年通过航道的船舶载重吨总和即为该航道的通过能力.以沿海集装箱港区为例,运用系统仿真方法,计算不同港口服务水平下的航道通过能力.研究成果可为沿海港口航道规划、设计以及实施航道扩建提供理论依据.
