面向在线的连铸结晶器传热与铸坯凝固可视化系统

Abstract:结晶器与铸坯传热及凝固状态的在线检测和调控,对于促进高效连铸技术的发展具有重要意义。本文基于板坯连铸结晶器实测的瞬态温度数据,在对结晶器与铸坯传热行为进行反问题计算的基础上,采用并行计算方法,构造出兼顾模拟准确性与实时性的传热反问题并行计算模型,有效解决了模拟计算准确性与实时性间的矛盾,同时借助Visual C++和OpenGL技术,开发出二维、三维的结晶器传热可视化方法,建立了面向在线的结晶器传热与铸坯凝固实时计算及可视化系统。为实时提供结晶器传热与铸坯凝固状态的瞬态信息,精确把握和控制结晶器传热和连铸坯的凝固过程提供了有利支持。
