Dr. HU Yue, received her Ph.D. in 2015 from School of Marxism, Dalian University of Technology. She is the director of Mental Health Education and Counseling Center, Dalian University of Technology. She is a registered supervisor and psychologist of the Clinical Psychology Registration Working Committee of Chinese Psychological Association.

Dr. HU Yue is also  the Chinese Mental Health Association of Professional Committee of the Group Psychological Counselling and Treatment of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Chinese Mental Health Association of Professional Committee of the College Students' Psychological Consultation, Mental Health Professional Committee of the Standing Committee at the Chinese Academy of Social Psychology, College Students' Psychological Consultation in Liaoning Province, Deputy Director of Professional Committee Members.

She was awarded the National Advanced individual of College students' Mental Health Education and Liaoning Province Famous Teacher of Mental Health Education. She has chaired and participated in more than 50 research projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation and Natural Science Foundation, published and won awards in more than 50 papers, published 6 books, monograph "Study on the Influence of Life Values on Suicidal ideation of College Students" and "Counseling and Practice of College Students' Psychological Development" published by People's Publishing House.
