Qiao Kun, female, born in 1971, Ph. D., associate professor, Master Tutor.The main research directions are organizational behavior, leadership, human resource management practice, social network, organizational citizenship behavior, top management team. In recent years, 28 papers were published in the core journals and she has published 2 textbooks,;2 were SSCI, 14 were CSSCI search. As the responsible person in charge of the project, presided over 15 research projects, all of them were accomplished. As the main participants of the 5 research projects , of which 4 have been completed, 1 is under. Funding sources are the national Social / Natural Science Foundation, Humanities and Social Science Foundation, etc..
