Abstract:This paper elaborates female post-structuralism education philosophy combining the works of Luce Irigaray and Michel Foucault. It lays a foundation for the philosophy of desire in education (McWilliam, 1999) where multiple movements of bodies are enacted through theoretical methodologies and research. These methodologies include qualitative analysis and critical discourse analysis, where the conjunction Irigaray-Foucault is a paradigm for dealing with educational phenomena. Simultaneously, this study attempts to open up the way to consider of philosophical bodies in the tertiary language education, and acts as the foundation of the philosophy of desire when interpreting philosophical bodies in education. As Irigaray said, if all requests of Eros already were being satisfied, he will not want anything. What the study exposes is that interpreting philosophical bodies is of great significance in tertiary language education.
