Abstract:采用二次水溶液法在柔性PET‐ITO衬底上生长二维ZnO纳米片状结构,研制出基于二维ZnO纳米片阵列的新型直流压电纳米发电机.SEM图像显示纳米片结构均匀致密地分布在柔性 PET‐ITO衬底表面,XRD图显示纳米片阵列具有明显的六方纤锌矿结构的特征,对称的 I‐V 特性曲线说明纳米棒阵列与上下电极均形成肖特基接触.压电应变特性表明:纳米发电机输出电流与外力大小有关,随着外力增加,最高输出电流达到300 nA .
