当量比对旋流燃烧室火焰形态与流场影响的激光诊断

Abstract:针对贫燃预混旋流燃烧的不稳定性问题,利用三维粒子图像测速技术(Stereo-Particle Image Velocimetry,Stereo-PIV)和OH*火焰自发光系统(OH*-Chemiluminescence)对旋流燃烧室头部的平面三维流场和火焰形态进行了联合测量诊断,分析了当量比、旋流数对燃烧室外回流区回火及对应流场的影响规律.研究发现:燃烧热释放显著提升了流场内时均速度和脉动速度的均方根(RMS);在热态情况下,中心回流区膨胀对剪切层和外回流区存在明显的挤压效应;特别是在当量比0.63~0.66附近的不稳定区间内,火焰宏观形态与稳定结构发生瞬变,火焰开始向燃烧室上游的外回流区回火,其变化机理为外回流区回流的流体卷吸火焰锋面,导致火焰脱离剪切层,随着流体的回流而传播到上游.
