Application of an Online Consumer Review in Real Estate Marketing

Abstract:Considering the application status of online reviews in the real estate industry, this paper mainly discusses the significance of online reviews for cyber marketing in the industry based on existing theoretical studies. Additionally, reasons of why online reviews are not further applied in real estate as in other industries are analyzed. Finally, several suggestions on effective utilization of online reviews to promote real estate online marketing are also given in this paper.
