袁文杰,博士,教授,博士生导师,生物工程学院副院长。研究方向为合成生物学与生物催化转化。致力于解析生物制造过程中微生物及酶的生理特性和催化机制,发展强化微生物生产性能的新技术和新方法,创建新一代工业菌株和酶制剂,提升生物加工过程的效率,实现生物技术产品的智造。主要研究内容包括:(1)新一代工业生产菌株改造与创制;(2)新型生物催化剂设计与催化过程创建。研究的目标集中在生物能源及生物医药产品。取得的研究结果已在Chem Eng JGreen ChemBioresour TechnolFuelJ Biol Chem等国内外期刊发表论文70余篇,授权国内外专利20余项,获辽宁省科技进步奖一等奖、辽宁省自然科学成果一等奖,教育部科技进步二等奖、日内瓦专利金奖、生物工程学报优秀论文奖等多项。承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、863项目子课题、国际合作项目、企业委托项目等十余项,完成产业化项目2项。
