Abstract:国际技术贸易的迅猛发展使得专利成为国际贸易竞争中的重要组成部分.发达国家利用其话语权推动了新的国际专利制度的形成,外国企业专利联营和跨国公司在专利领域的侵占也导致了我国专利面临着前所未有的挑战.面对严峻的现状我国应面向国内和国际采取有效措施积极应对.
