Abstract:油页岩灰是油页岩炼油后的废渣，约占其质量的40 ％以上。由于成分中SiO2、Al2O3 所占比例较高，因此油页岩灰可以作为合成沸石分子筛的原料，这不仅是油页岩灰深度利用的重要途径之一，也是解决废渣排放对环境造成污染的重要方法。本文以天然廉价矿物油页岩灰为原料，通过对合成条件的系统考察，采用不同方法活化原料，合成出一系列具有不同骨架类型的分子筛，绘制了二元结晶相图。
