Research Area 1: Exercise Intervention and Arterial Health

From Sep. 2002 to July 2005, the principal of the subject engaged in the scientific research of exercise human body in the School of Physical Education of Northeast Normal University, especially the theoretical and experimental research on exercise biomechanics, and accumulated rich experience in aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise and resistance training. From Sep. 2013 to now, he has cooperated with Prof. Qin Kairong of Department of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering to study the effect of exercise training on human hemodynamics, and has solid work foundation and rich experience in formulating exercise intervention plan, in vivo and in vitro research on exercise regulation of arterial endothelial function, hemodynamic modeling and simulation, etc.

With exercise intervention and hemodynamics as the starting point, the research group studied the regulation of hemodynamic signals caused by aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise and high intensity exercise on the structure and function of common carotid artery and the biological mechanism of cell mechanics, accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and obtained certain research achievements. Research Area 2: Exercise Health Promotion

The principal of the subject has been engaged in the research of exercise science in Institute of Exercise Science, DUT since July,2005. From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a visiting scholar in the Laboratory of Exercise Biomechanics, Texas Women's University, USA, engaged in the study of musculoskeletal characteristics and exercise training intervention under the condition of human movement. In Sep. 2017, Dalian University of Technology established Exercise Health Promotion Center to carry out detection, evaluation, exercise intervention and scientific research in exercise health promotion.The research group, School of Biomedical Engineering, School of Public Administration and College of Optical Instruments of DUT have carried out cross research and application around human health.Some scientific research achievements have been accumulated in the aspects of overall health, children's growth, women's health and exercise protection, etc. The specific introduction is as follows:

Research Area 3: Rehabilitation Engineering

Relying on the disciplinary advantages of exercise rehabilitation specialty of School of Kinesiology and Health Promotion (Liaoning Province demonstration specialty), my group cooperated with Fan Gao, associate professor of School of P.E. and Health Promotion, University of Kentucky, USA, adopted biomechanics, mechanical materials, artificial intelligence and other technologies under the guidance of comprehensive rehabilitation and relevant engineering theories, cooperated closely with rehabilitation workers, disabled persons and disabled family members in the rehabilitation field, and helped disabled persons to develop their potential to the maximum extent, restore their ability to live independently, study, work, return to society and participate in society by means of various techniques and techniques.The research group has many years of research experience in motion control, human biomechanics, orthoses and so on.

Especially in the fields related to this subject, such as motion capture, orthosis mechanics characteristic evaluation, OpenSim computer musculoskeletal simulation and so on, he has obtained a lot of research achievements, the specific introduction is as follows:
