Profile

       2006年1月至今,在大连理工大学物理学院工作,为大连理工大学三束材料改性教育部重点实验室固定研究人员。作为主要参与者,参加了大连理工大学三束材料改性教育部重点实验室联合申请的常州市重大公共技术服务平台—“材料表面工程技术与装备创新服务平台”建设。在国内外相关专业领域学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,主持完成国家自然科学青年基金1项,先后参加完成科技部国家重点基础研究计划(973前期预研)1项,国家重点研发计划1项,省级项目3项。现为“Applied Surface Science ”、“Thin Solid Film”、“Surface & Coatings Technology”、“Vacuum" 等国际学术期刊审稿人。

      2007年至今已指导硕士研究生8人,协助指导博士生2人。毕业生就业去向多是英特尔、华为、京东方、上方电子、中芯国际等相关的高新企业及研究机构等。
