   许福友,大连理工大学教授、博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。桥梁与隧道技术国家地方联合工程实验室主任,Advances in Wind Engineering 期刊副主编,中国公路学会桥梁和结构工程分会常务理事,中 国土木工程学会绿色建造与运维分会常务理事。主持国家自然科学基金项目 6 项,主持国 家重点研发计划项目课题 1 ;第一/通讯作者 在国际国内顶级权威期刊发表 SCI/EI 论文 70/30 余篇;第一发明人授权美国专利 8 项,中国发明专利 20 项;参编著作 2 部;获中国公路学会科技一等奖 2 。主要代表性学术成绩:

 首创了自然风场大比例全桥气弹模型试验方法,建造了世界上首座试验基地,提供了全新试验手段;

 原创发明了桥梁弯扭耦合大幅振动试验装置,攻克了传统装置无法开展大幅软颤振研究的技术屏障;

 成功实现了桥梁三维气弹模型涡振及颤振后状态数值模拟和非线性理论分析,揭示了风致振动机理;

    创建了超大吨位、超低频、超低阻尼比振动测试平台,藉此开展大型工程振动激励与控制试验研究;

 提出了()大跨桥梁大幅颤振、低频涡振控制的新理念和系列高效实用措施,大幅降低了工程造价。
