Abstract:To standardize the process of recommending outstand-ing activists who want to join the Party, the research group em-ployed analytic hierarchy process to construct a management sys-tem for outstanding activists who want to join the Party based on quantitative recommendation, combining with the specific re-quirements for developing Party members under the new situa-tion. Analytic hierarchy process was used to carry out the weight solution and consistency checking of 5 first-class indexes and 23 second-class indexes of the activists, and the 5 first-class index-es are ideological and political quality, moral quality, learning and scientific research ability, social work and real performance. Through the organic combination of democratic recommendation, open debate and quantitative score, a multi-dimensional recom-mendation and investigation system was constructed, in order to improve the quality of university student Party activists.
