高电压锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4制备及改性

Abstract:LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 and LiNi0.4Mg0.1Mn1.5O4 are prepared via co-precipitation and high temperature calcination method using ammonium oxalate as the precipitator. XRD, SEM and constant-current charge and discharge tests are conducted to characterize the products. XRD patterns indicate that all samples show cubic spinel structure with Fd3m space group. Electrochemical measurement demonstrates that the samples have two main discharging plateaus, 4.7 and 4.1 V, respectively. The product sintered at 800��C presents the best rate performance, while the product sintered at 900��C presents the best cycle performance with an initial specific capacity of 124.2 mAh��g-1 and 92.7% of them can be retained after 30 cycles at 0.1 C. The capacity retention can be improved to 95.7% after 30 cycles when Mg doping is applied on the LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4.
