Chen xuelong, born in April 1978, holds a doctor’s degree in engineering. Currently, he is an associate professor in faculty of management and economics, dalian university of technology. His research interests include big data analysis, emergency management, knowledge management and decision support system. In recent years, he has presided over a number of scientific research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education of China, Humanities and Social Science Youth Fund Project of Ministry of Education of China , and so on. He has published many academic papers in journals such as 《International Journal of Communication Systems》, 《International Journal of Simulation Modelling》, 《Chinese Journal of Management Science》, 《Systems Engineering – Theory & Practice》, 《Science Research Management》, 《Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information》, and so on. In addition, he has undertaken a number of government and enterprise engineering projects.
