Yutao Sun，the PCOSS-Fellow and professor of Faculty of Management and Economics in Dalian University of Technology，has been honored by Marie Currie Research Fellow in The Eu's Seventh Framework Programme，talent spots of Liaoning province pacesetter engineering and The star of the youth science and technology in dalian. He has hosted and participated in a series of research topics of National Natural Science Foundation，the World Bank，NDRC（National Development and Reform Commission），MOST（Ministry of Science and Technology），Ministry of Education and SIPO ( State Intellectual Property Office), meanwhile as the penner of The Twelfth Five-Year, The Thirteen Five-Year Planning Formulation of Dalian municipal science and technology development. Yutao Sun has published fourteen papers in top international journals such as Science, Research Policy, Technological Forecasting and Social Change etc ,available in SSCI，while representative writing- A study on Growth Mechanism of National Innovation Capacity.His related research achievements have awarded one second prize(number two) and one third prize(number one) by The ministry of education of institutions of higher learning scientific research outstanding achievement(humanistic and social science),first prize by Science and Technology Progress Award in Liaoning province and dalian city, while seven honors of Philosophy social science achievement. At the same time, Yutao Sun’s research findings and The relevant academic point of view have been quoted and reported by the mainstream media at home and abroad such as Science, Nature, The Washington Post, Financial Times, China Daily, Science and Technology Daily, Chinese Science News, China Youth News and so on, achieving a wide range of social approval.
