模块化制备大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池及其性能研究

Abstract:钙钛矿太阳能电池(Perovskite Solar Cells,PSCs)作为目前光伏领域的研究热点,具有制备工艺简单、可溶液法制备、能量转化效率高等优点.但目前大多数工作仍局限于有效面积较小的器件研究,在制备成本、稳定性及大面积模块化方面仍存在几点亟待解决的问题.本文从大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池的器件模块化、制作成本优化、器件长期稳定性等方面进行实验探究,设计并制备出活性面积达12.6至13.6 cm2的串联、并联构型器件,且并联构型PSCs取得了4.27%的光电转化效率.此外,低温丝网印刷法制备的碳背电极PSCs器件在暗态、未封装、空气条件下,经过1100 h测试仍保持着较好稳定性.
