Abstract:CpG-ODN是一种新型的免疫增强剂,能促进树突状细胞(DC)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞等的增殖和活化,诱导以Th1型为主的免疫应答反应。大量的动物试验证明,CpG-ODN在抗细菌、抗病毒、抗过敏反应等疾病的预防和治疗领域有很好的应用前景。文章从CpG-ODN作为佐剂的研究历程、分类、免疫活性及动物疫苗应用等方面介绍其研究进展。
