成型工艺对煤基板式微滤炭膜的性能影响

Abstract:以煤粉为原料,经半干法压制成型、干燥、炭化等工艺制备出一种电催化膜材料-煤基板状微滤炭膜.考察了煤种的配比、黏结剂、造孔剂以及成型压力对煤基板状微滤炭膜孔性能的影响,并通过FT-IR、SEM、气体泡压法等对煤基板状微滤炭膜的结构性能进行表征.结果表明:改变混煤中焦煤的比例可以调控炭膜的孔结构;添加剂的加入有利于提高炭膜的孔结构性能,但在一定程度上降低了炭膜的机械性能及导电性;增大成型压力可改善炭膜的机械强度及导电性,对孔结构性能改变影响不大.
