集装箱港口堆场箱位数的二阶段随机规划方法

Abstract:针对集装箱港口堆场平面箱位数确定的问题,在分析集装箱港口装卸流程的基础上,考虑集装箱种类、装卸工艺、堆场单位空间成本和收益等,将堆场日最大箱位数作为随机变量,以堆场利润最大为目标,建立带补偿的二阶段随机规划模型第。一阶段以堆场利润最大为目标,第二阶段以惩罚函数最小为目标,求解堆场所需空间容量,进而确定堆场平面箱位数。算例结果表明:二阶段随机规划得出的结果小于规范计算结果。通过分析得出二阶段随机规划能有效降低不平衡系数等不确定性因素的影响,节约土地资源成本;并博弈堆场收益、成本及装卸工艺,得到最优平面箱位数。
