个人简介:
郝松(1988年4月—),山东淄博人,博士,硕士生导师。2016年于中南大学获物理学博士学位,研究方向为低维材料可控制备、生长机制与物性调控研究。随后,于南京大学物理学院和新加坡科技大学担任研究员,从事科研工作,研究方向为基于二维材料微纳光电子学器件、新原理信息器件与类脑计算研究。相关科研成果已在国际高水平学术期刊发表20余篇,包括Adv.Funct.Mater., Adv. Electron. Mater.,Small和ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上资助(一等)、江苏省博士后科学基金和中央高校基本科研业务费等。
2021年1月起,任职大连理工大学副教授。当前研究兴趣包括:
(1)新型二维半导体可控生长与物性调控;
(2)二维材料基电子器件与光电器件;
(3)忆阻器阻变特性调控与类脑器件;
每年招收硕士研究生2-3名,非常欢迎来自不同学科背景(测控、仪器、物理、化学、材料、微电子、生物医学工程、计算机科学等)感兴趣的同学,随时与我联系!
