Abstract:针对考虑司机工作量均衡的成品油配送方案优化问题,引入公平理论中社会比较的思想,客观上实现了司机工作量的均衡性度量,进而构建了考虑司机工作量均衡的成品油配送的多目标优化模型.该模型表达的问题集多车舱,多油品,多路径,多目标等特点于一身.为了求解这一难题,提出一种新型的Split _Assign算法对第二代非支配快速排序遗传算法(nondominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)进行了改进.最后,基于实际数据完成了数据实验与实例分析,验证了模型及算法的有效性,并提出了相应的管理启示.此研究可以为成品油配送方案的制定提供决策支持,对于实际中有较高工作量均衡性要求的类似问题都具有一定的启发意义.
