摘要：The most important factor in the heat treatment process of carbon spring steel wire which done in the muffle patenting continuous furnace is the furnace temperature homogeneity which depends on the properties of steel wire is ok or not. In this article the temperature measurement test on different cross sections of muffle patenting continuous furnace is done with sheathed thermocouple s and paperless temperature recorder. The results showed that the temperature homogeneity among the different cross sections is bad and the temperature error between control thermocouples which in the control room and measuring thermocouples which in the furnace is too big, the temperature control system must be improved.
