代建勋(Email:jianxundai@dlut.edu.cn),大连理工大学光电工程与仪器科学学院讲师,硕士生导师。本硕博均就读于吉林大学电子科学与工程学院(集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室),本科专业为电子信息工程,硕博专业为微电子学与固体电子学(国家重点学科)。近5年来,共发表SCI论文18篇,其中以第一作者发表JCR一区论文7篇,包括 Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical IEEE Electron Device Letters 等传感器和电子器件领域著名期刊。

主要研究方向为功率半导体器件、面向生理信号检测的先进功能材料和智能MEMS传感器研究。
