范剑超,教授,博士生导师,智能信息处理与建模优化研究所所长,辽宁省重点实验室副主任。辽宁省百千万人才工程千层次人才,辽宁省优秀博士学位论文,曾任联合国西北太平洋行动计划特殊监测和海岸环境影响评价区域活动中心(NOWPAP CEARAC)中国联络员。2007年毕业于大连理工大学,获得自动化专业学士学位,2012年毕业于大连理工大学,获得控制理论与控制工程专业博士学位。2013-2016年随IEEE Life Fellow,欧洲科学院院士王钧教授进行博士后学习,2017-2018年赴美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学进行访问学者交流。

主要研究方向为图像人工智能解译及大数据分析应用,内容包括:深度学习神经网络,视频图像快速处理,卫星遥感影像解译,海洋目标识别等,涉及卫星遥感、海洋科学、图像分析和人工智能等多学科交叉。荣获青年测绘地理信息科技创新人才奖,中国人工智能最高奖吴文俊自然科学奖二等奖,海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖,浙江省科技进步奖三等奖等各类型奖项20余项

先后主持及参与国家自然科学基金,高分海洋重大科研专项,十三五十四五国家重点研发计划,中国-东盟海上合作基金等科研项目30余项。主要包括国防科工委高分辨率对地观测系统重大科研专项高分专项海域使用动态监测子课题(41-Y30B12-9001-14/16),国家重点研发计划海洋环境安全保障专项, 海上目标识别与监视系统集成与应用示范(2017YFC1404900) ,微波遥感海洋信息提取技术研究(2016 YFC1401 007),国家自然科学基金(42076184, 41876109, 41706195)等。

TNNLS, TFS, TGRS, TIP等期刊和国际学术会议上发表论文100余篇,著作3本,申请发明专利14项,软件著作权7项。编制国家高分辨率对地观测系统重大专项技术标准《高分海域使用动态监测技术规程》(GFB 51101-20181项。
