个人简介Personal Profile
李海东,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,2013年于兰州大学取得学士学位,2019年4月于大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室取得博士学位。2019年6月-2021年9月在韩国梨花女子大学Juyoung Yoon院士课题组开展博士后研究工作。2021年10月加入大连理工大学生物工程学院工作,主要从事智能分子前药、功能性荧光探针研制及其在疾病诊疗中的应用研究,相关成果以第一作者/通讯作者在Chem. Soc. Rev., Coord. Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Drug. Deliv. Rev. CCS Chem., Biomaterials, Chem. Sci., Aggregate, Samll Methods等国际期刊发表学术论文25余篇,申请/授权发明专利10/5项。担任Sci. Adv., ACS Nano, Small等国际期刊审稿人。
研究方向:
1. 开发智能分子前药用于肿瘤化疗免疫治疗;
2. 构筑酶激活生物荧光探针用于重大疾病的早期诊断;
3. 设计多模态活体肿瘤成像用生物荧光探针;
4. 制备抗病毒和耐药性细菌生物凝胶材料。
