个人简介

n  刘洋，中共党员，现任大连理工大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师。

n  主要研究方向：管理决策分析，大数据与商务智能、服务运营管理。

n  入选辽宁省百千万人才工程“百层次”（2015年）、沈阳市高层次人才“领军人才”（2017年）、是国家创新研究群体“先进运作管理中的建模、优化与决策分析的理论与方法”的骨干成员。兼任国家自然科学基金委管理科学部同行评议专家，中国运筹学会决策科学分会理事兼副秘书长、中国运筹学会企业运筹分会理事、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会青年工作委员会委员、辽宁省数量经济学会理事、国际生产与运作管理学会（POMS）会员。

n  作为主持人完成国家自然科学基金项目4项和省部级科学基金项目多项。发表学术论文60余篇，其中在《Tourism Management》、《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Computers & Operations Research》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《Information Sciences》、《Information Fusion》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Expert Systems with Applications》等国际重要学术期刊上发表论文30余篇（SCI/SSCI检索，其中JCR一区21篇、JCR二区7篇），在《系统工程理论与实践》、《中国管理科学》、《管理科学》、《系统工程学报》等国家自然科学基金委管理科学部认定的国内重要学术期刊上发表论文20余篇。在发表的论文中，入选ESI热点论文1篇（通讯作者）、ESI高被引论文2篇（第一作者1篇、通讯作者各1篇）、扩展版ESI高被引论文2篇（第一作者），入选2015年《系统工程理论与实践》热点论文奖1篇。发表论文的Google学术引用1600余次（其中SCI引用600余次），Google学术H指数20。

n  作为主要完成人曾获得第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）三等奖1项（总排序第1，2020年）、辽宁省人文社会科学优秀成果二等奖（政府奖）1项（总排序第2，2016年）、中国决策科学青年科技奖1项、辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖多项，其博士学位论文《信息不确定的群决策理论与方法》获辽宁省优秀博士学位论文提名奖
