超临界二氧化碳萃取甘草中的有效成份

Abstract:本文利用SC-CO<,2>的方法萃取甘草中的黄酮类物质,并考察了不同压力、温度、粒度等因素以及溶胀剂的加入量对萃取率的影响.结果表明,在本文实验条件下,萃取压力为15MPa,温度为323K时,颗粒的粒度40-60目,为甘草黄酮类物质的最佳萃取工艺条件.
