马哲,男,博士,副教授,辽宁省海洋产业技术创新研究院副院长,大连理工大学-英国爱丁堡大学联合培养博士,大连市第6批全职高层次人才,大连市城市发展紧缺人才。主要从事海洋风能、波浪能捕获装置结构与水动力性能、海洋固体浮性材料基础力学性能、海洋漂浮垃圾回收方法、数值波浪水池仿真计算等研究。

主持国家自然科学基金、辽宁省自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目等10余项科研项目,作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划“科技冬奥”专项。主持中广核、上海电气等企业委托项目4项。发表学术论文40余篇。授权国家发明专利12项,登记软件著作权3项。获大连理工大学优秀班主任称号(2019),指导学生获第三届全国大学生船舶能源与动力大赛一等奖(2020),指导学生获第十届全国海洋航行器设计与制作大赛(环渤海区域赛)二等奖(2021),所带学生多次获校学术之星(提名),国家奖学金,优秀研究生等荣誉称号。
