摘要：Crude glycerol from biodiesel industry was used as carbon source, and the Box - Benhnken design and response surface methodology were employed as experimental methods to optimize the conditions of producing gamma - linolenic acid by Mortierella isabellina fermentation. The results indicated that the optimal culture conditions were as follows: urea concentration 1.0 g/L, fermentation temperature 27.5?C and fermentation time 12 d, and under the optimal culture conditions, the dry biomass of Mortierella isabellina was 51. 45 g/L, the total lipid content was 40.99 g/L, the content of GLA was 1.94 g/L.
