       在英国爱丁堡大学攻读博士学位,其间成功合成了具有保护及促进神经细胞生长显著生物活性的倍半萜类天然产物Merrilactone A 和Anislactone A&B,其中Anislactone A&B是国际首次全合成。2011年获得默克研究基金资助,在美国顶级生物医学化学研究所The Scripps Research Institute(斯克利普斯研究所)从事博士后研究,成功合成了Myceliothermophins、Otermycin和Dioporthichalasin等具有抗肿瘤活性的聚酮类天然产物,此研究可望为创新抗癌药物研发提供先导化合物,同时参与了广谱抗菌素CJ-16,264的国际首次全合成。
      长期致力于有机合成方法学和复杂天然产物的全合成研究,迄今为止在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chemistry - A European Journal等国际知名杂志上共发表学术论文十多篇。其中,1篇被Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.选为热点论文HOT PAPER,2 篇被Thieme旗下著名评论期刊Synfacts选为亮点重点推介,他引总数千于次。为Strategies and Tactics in Organic Synthesis丛书(Elsevier,2013)撰写章节一篇,其研究工作多次被化学领域顶级杂志期刊引用并专题评述,研究成果得到了相关领域学术界的关注并产生了一定的影响力。

 

目前研究工作集中于:

1)过渡金属与可见光协同催化的新型反应

2)低碳烯烃等工业原料向精细化学品的转化
