      唐明大连理工大学经济管理学院副教授、博士生导师20237--),1993年生,山东淄博人。四川大学博士,新加坡国立大学联合培养博士,香港理工大学、西班牙格拉纳达大学访问学者,大连市高层次人才。担任中国双法研究会网络科学分会理事,连续三年入选斯坦福全球前2%科学家榜单(2022、2023、2024)博士期间获宝钢奖学金特等奖(全国每年共10名博士生)。

    Decision Analysis (INFORMS)、EJOR(ABS 4)(2Omega (ABS 3)(4IEEE TEM(ABS 3)、IEEE TCYB(ABS 3)IEEE TSMCA(ABS 3TFSC(ABS 3)(2RESS(ABS 3)JORS(ABS 3)(2FODM(ABS 3)IEEE TFS、IEEE TCSS、Information Fusion、Knowledge-Based Systems、Expert Systems《系统工程理论与实践》、《控制与决策》等国内外期刊发表论文50余篇。获管理学ABS3星期刊Omega 2021Best paper award"。谷歌学术引用量3000余次(20248),其中包含Operations Research等顶级期刊的正面引用,H指数25。先后5篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,2篇论文入选ESI热点论文。主持或参与国家自然科学基金重点、面上、青年、辽宁省社科规划基金重点项目等10余项。

    担任SCI期刊Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems副主编与期刊SN Business & Economics编委,担任Omega、IEEE TFS、IEEE TEM、IEEE TCYB40余本SCI期刊审稿人。
