Profile

Wang Dong, Professor of the School of Control Science and Engineering, Doctoral and Master supervisors, National young talent, Chief scientist of key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Director of the Institute of Intelligent Control.

My major is Control Science and Engineering.  If the students would like to apply the Ph.D or master degrees in my major, it is necessary for you that the HSK4 is more than 180. 

He received a bachelor's degree in automation and a master's degree in control theory and control engineering from Shenyang University of Technology in 2003 and 2006, respectively. In 2010, he received his Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Dalian University of Technology.

 His research interests include artificial intelligence, game theory and distributed optimization of multi-agent reinforcement learning, multi-robot collaborative path planning and control, etc. There are two tomato (medium-sized tomatoes) and sweet pepper picking robots, two dual-arm collaborative robots and various ground unmanned mobile platforms and other laboratory equipment.

 He published 1 English monograph in the world-renowned academic Springer, and  has authored or co-authored over 80 scientific papers published in leading journals and conferences such as Automatica, including more than 50 SCI, and a total of 2,300 Google Scholar citations. More than 10 invention patents have been applied and authorized, and 7 software copyrights have been authorized.

 He serves as the deputy director of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Society of Command and Control, a member of the Control Theory Professional Committee (TCCT Member) of the Chinese Automation Society, a member of the Information Physical System Professional Committee (TCPS Member) of the Chinese Automation Society, and a senior member of IEEE.

 He won the second prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Award for Natural Science, and the second prize of the 7th Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Technology Award for Natural Science as the first completer. He won the China Control Conference Guan Zhaozhi Excellent Paper Nomination Award, the National Hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Nomination Award, and Liaoning Province Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award.

 His funding projects contains 1 national key research and development project (multi-robot path planning and collaborative control), 1 foundation strengthening plan project (multi-agent system game confrontation based on reinforcement learning), 1 innovation beyond engineering project (game interception), national natural He has 2 general projects of the Science Fund, 1 project of the Youth Fund, and participated in many national projects. Communication evaluation expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Polish Science Foundation, etc.

 He served as an associate editor of internationally renowned SCI journals such as Information Sciences and Neurocomputing, editorial board members of domestic core journals such as Control Theory and Application and Journal of Intelligent Systems, and a member of the Program Committee of the China Control Conference.

He has visited the University of Notre Dame and Boston University in the United States, long-term visits to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Shibaura Institute of Technology in Japan, and the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, and short-term cooperation and exchanges with Stanford University in the United States and the University of California, Irvine.

 The postgraduates under his guidance won honors such as national awards, provincial outstanding graduates, city outstanding graduates, school outstanding graduates, and school excellent graduation dissertations, and worked in Huawei, ZTE and other units.
