个人简介Personal Profile

王天禄,博士,主任医师,香港大学访问学者,辽宁省肿瘤医院胸部.食管放疗科主任。从事临床工作20余年,擅长肺癌、鼻咽癌、直肠癌、食管癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、脑肿瘤、头颈癌、恶性淋巴瘤等恶性肿瘤的临床治疗,多年从事一线临床及教学科研工作。以纳米机器人肿瘤检测与治疗、智能医疗可穿戴设备、人工智能在医学上的应用为主要科研方向,进行肿瘤基础及临床转化研究。以第一/通讯作者(包括共同通讯)在Molecular Cancer(中科院1区,IF:37.3)、TrAC (中科院1区,分析化学TOP1期刊,IF:14.9)、Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis(中科院1区,药物分析TOP1期刊,IF:14.0)等高水平期刊发表SCI论文15余篇,国内核心期刊论文10余篇,累计影响因子132分,授权专利发明43项(第一发明人),签署转化协议1项(500万),5项专利实现技术成果转让(10  万),主持中国科技部、国家癌症中心及省部级课题多项,沈阳市重大科技创新研发计划项目1项,肿瘤质谱中心项目1项,主持开展临床新技术项目3项,2017年和2018年分别获得辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖。名下在读研究生10名,8人次获得一等奖学金、优秀研究生,4人次获得国家奖学金,1人次获辽宁省优秀毕业生,带领本科生获国家级大学生创新创业项目1项,“红医杯”银奖3项。

  • (1)纳米机器人肿瘤检测与治疗:开展肿瘤细胞和特异性外泌体的微纳操控与检测关键技术研究,建立活体细胞-外泌体跨尺度多维物理特征信息检测和药物疗效预测模型等技术和方法,为临床肿瘤的个性化诊疗提供理论和方法;(2)智能医疗可穿戴设备:工科与医学学科交叉,在完全自主知识产权的基础上,研发一种新型智能医疗可穿戴设备,目标实现成果转化;(3)人工智能在医学领域中的应用:通过人工智能方法融合医疗影像、基因组学、临床信息、病理学信息,构建临床辅助诊断及预后评估工具,研发智能辅助诊断系统。
