Abstract:In order to obtain the information of the objective things and their
   state change in emergency case,this paper introduces common knowledge
   model into emergency field.According to emergency cases
   feature,structurally represent emergency case from knowledge layer.On
   this basis,it proposes a method for emergency case information
   extraction based on knowledge element.Through constructing the emergency
   case information extraction template that is customized, combining
   rules,we can carry out semi-automatic emergency case information
   extraction store the results into database and provide the objective and
   true data support for the research on analog simulation of emergency
   scenario based on knowledge element.Finally,an experiment is given to
   prove the feasibility and efficiency of this method.
