个人简介Personal Profile
吴成君, 博士毕业于清华大学医学部&北京协和医学院。2010年6月至2015年2月在瑞典乌普萨拉大学生物医学中心分别从事博士后和科研教学工作。2015年3月开始受聘于隆德大学生物医学中心,研究员,从事科研教学,并于2017年3月获得终身教职。2019年3月作为海外引进人才入职大连理工大学生物医学工程学院,教授职称,博导。
吴成君教授主要从事与头颈癌和女性宫颈癌发生相关的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV, Human Papilloma Virus)细胞与分子生物研究。主要从表观遗传学的角度研究HPV16诱发细胞癌变的分子机制以及抗肿瘤小分子药物的筛选。
近五年做为子课题负责人主持瑞典国家级项目和省级项目三项,获面上项目资助两项。在国际知名杂志Nucleic Acids Res,International Journal of Cancer,Int J Mol Sci., J Virol,等以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章十余篇。近几年发表部分文章如下:
