Dr. Yuhu Wu is a full Professor of the School of Control Science and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China.
Yuhu Wu received the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in January 2012. From September 2012 to September 2015, he has held an associate professor position at Harbin University of Science and Technology, China. He held a postdoctoral research position at Sophia University, Japan, from April 2012 to September 2015. In October 2015, he joined the School of Control Science and Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China, where he is currently a full Professor.
Dr. Wu has research and teaching interests in optimal control, and nonlinear control theory and applications of automotive powertrain systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) energy management, Boolean Networks (BNs). In these areas, he has published more than 50 papers in referred journals, including IEEE TAC, Automatica, Systems & Control Letters, IEEE TCST, IEEE TCNS, IET Control Theory & Applications, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TSMCS, Control Engineering Practice, IEEE TVT, Mechanical Systems & Signal Processing, Applied Thermal Engineering, etc.
Dr. Wu is a member of IEEE, SIAM, and a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews. He serves as a Guest Editor of Asian Journal of Control. He was also invited as organizing committee members and session chairs for several international conferences. In addition, he has actively sought research fund from various organizations and has been a PI and co-PI of several national, industrial and university sponsored projects.
