摘要：Instead of studying how to improve the management or operation of incubator to stimulate innovation incubation performance, the study pays more attention on the impact of social attribute of the enterprise on innovation incubator per-formance, and highlights the impact of cross-organization joint action on the relationship between social capital and inno-vative incubation performance. Then"social capital-joint value creation-innovation incubator performance" model is put forward. And the model is tested by the questionnaire of 243 incubated enterprises in Dalian and the structural equation model. The results show that structural social capital, relational social capital and cognitive social capital have positive effects on joint value creation; joint value creation plays a complete intermediary role between structural social capital and innovation incubation performance;both of relational and cognitive social capital not only have the direct influence on innovation incubation performance, but also have the indirect influence on innovation incubation performance by joint value creation.
