Abstract:随着专业认证工作在全国高校各工科专业内的推广,专业教师认证理念的形成和专业认证状态的保持凸显重要.论文以国内某高校机械工程学院的一名普通专业教师为主人公,以两次认证进程为时间顺序,分析了专业教师从反感抵触、被动接受、主动参与、协调受益,一直到与其共生的心路历程.同时,也指出,专业领袖对专业教师这一心路历程的正视与理解、对认证工作的支持,将会引导专业教师于抵触中逐渐接受,于接受中主动参与,实现受益,达成共生,进行具有持续改进属性的专业建设.
