Abstract:A green and efficient approach to disulfides via oxidative coupling of thiols was developed by adopting a biomimetic thiolate-bridged iron-ruthenium complex as the catalyst. Using environmentally friendly oxygen as the oxidant, a wide range of thiols including biologically important molecules can be smoothly converted into corresponding disulfides in water. Notably, two potential intermediate species were successfully isolated and unambiguously characterized, which is essential to reveal the detailed mechanism of this transformation. This catalytic system represents a rare and desired heteronuclear bimetallic scaffold for understanding the biological process of S-S bond formation from the viewpoint of bioinspired catalysis.

杨大伟,男,中共党员,现为大连理工大学精细化工国家重点实验室副研究员。20096月,于南京理工大学应用化学系特种能源工程专业获学士学位;201512月,于大连理工大学精细化工系应用化学专业获工学博士学位,师从曲景平教授。20162月,进入大连理工大学化学博士后流动站做博士后工作,合作导师王保民教授;20171月,赴日本三菱化学株式会社横滨研究所实习1个月;20193月,博士后出站考核优秀;201812月,通过学校博士后出站特殊评审,聘任为副研究员工作至今。主要研究方向为金属有机化学,生物无机化学以及有机合成化学,重点开展仿生化学固氮、双/多核金属配合物功能体系的构筑以及小分子活化与功能转化等方面的研究工作,并担任教育部“111引智计划”功能超分子与纳米材料学科创新引智基地、辽宁省生物基化学品重点实验室、大连理工大学-日本三菱化学株式会社联合研究中心的科研秘书。作为研究团队学术带头人曲景平老师的科研助手,目前承担国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题1项,面上项目1项;作为课题负责人,承担大连理工大学-日本三菱化学集团公司国际合作项目3项。在Nature Chem., Chem. Commun., Inorg. Chem., Org. Lett.等国外著名期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,一些重要的阶段性研究结果发表后受到了国内外学术界的良好评价,多次被Chem. Rev., Coord. Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc.等国际重要学术期刊所引用并在专栏被评述。
