个人简介Personal Profile

杨筱恬，中共党员，曾任早稻田大学助理教授。

本科与硕士分别毕业于大连理工大学化工学院与管理学院，博士毕业于日本早稻田大学商学院。

本人主要从事复杂网络下协同创新的问题，研究网络结构、利益相关者关系管理与企业协同创新之间的关系，聚焦于多企业间合作的重大项目网络、供应网络、产学研合作、战略联盟、创新生态系统等企业间网络关系进行研究。目前聚焦的主要研究方向有“国有企业产业链链长对关键核心技术突破作用、复杂新产品开发项目管理、多企业合作的重大项目治理”。

曾与中材建设、中核工程、中铁国际、中航工业、瓦轴集团、辽宁成大等知名企业发展了深入的案例实践合作。近年来，以案例研究、调查问卷、二手数据实证分析等多种研究方法，在British Journal of Management (ABS 4)、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (ABS 3)、Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABS 3)、International Journal of Project Management (Q1)、Journal of Management in Engineering (Q1)、南开管理评论、科学学研究等国内外高水平期刊上发表了二十余篇论文。曾获得Academy of Management 的 Best Paper Award与Chan Hahn Best Paper Award Finalist，International Journal of Project Management的Most Cited Paper Award，中国项目管理大会优秀论文等奖项，研究成果曾被人民网报道。主持过国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，辽宁省社科项目3项，日本国家青年与面上基金各1项，特别研究课题资助3项。担任Research policy、British Journal of Management、IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management 等国际顶级期刊匿名审稿人。
