从事过渡金属催化和有机合成研究。在过渡金属催化的有机合成方法学、不对称催化及杂环合成等领域开展了多项创新性研究,取得了多项创新成果。在 Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Catal., Org. Lett.等国际权威期刊上发表文章36篇,总引用次数1266次, H-因子为21 (截止2017年10月)。 获得辽宁省自然科学一等奖(第四完成人)、中国科学院院长优秀奖和浙江省优秀硕士毕业论文。
