尹磊,药学副教授,美国亚利桑那大学药学博士后,中国药理学会药物代谢专委会青年委员,中国分析药理学委员会青年委员,中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会青年委员,中国药理学会会员,通化市抗击新冠疫情及核酸检测荣誉市民,吉林省优秀青年人才。Journal of Separation Science Biomedicine & PharmacotherapyCurrent Analytical ChemistrySCI杂志审稿人,主要从事小分子药物、蛋白多肽类药物、PEG修饰纳米制剂、高分子聚合物及药用辅料的精准分析及药物代谢动力学研究、非靶向及靶向性代谢组学研究、临床血药浓度监测、食品及环境农药残留分析等。熟悉小分子药物、蛋白多肽类药物、高分子聚合物的一维液相色谱串联质谱方法及二维液相色谱串联质谱方法的开发,迄今共建立了体内药物浓度分析新方法100余项,在Trends in Analytical Chemistry, Anal Chim Acta, Talanta, Journal of Chromatography A, Analyst, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, Drug Metab Dispos等国际主流杂志发表SCI论文50余篇,申请发明专利5项,近十年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,吉林省优秀青年人才基金1项,中央高校基本科研业务费资助引进人才科研专题1项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,面上项目4项,国家科技重大专项1项。
