Abstract:The dynamic characteristic of a kind of electro-hydraulic servo test bench was studied. The working principle and mathematical model of the test bench's hydraulic system was introduced, then establishing the key parts and complete model of the system in AMESim. The effect of different overlap value on the dynamic characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo system was studied, which will provide refer-ence for the parameter determination and structure optimization to promote the loading performance of electrohydraulic servo system. The validation of simulation results was verified with experiment, which shows that AMESim is suitable for analyzing the electro-hydraulic ser-vo loading system.
