He received bachelor's and master's degrees in transportation vehicles application engineering from Jilin University in 2001, 2004 and 2007 respectively. In 2007, he entered Dalian university of technology. At present, he is currently the deputy director of the institute of new concept vehicles, deputy director of the Institute of Advanced Design and Manufacturing Technology of Liaoning Province, the Secretary-General of the China Automotive Engineering Society's RV and Camp Engineering Technology Branch, Secretary-General of RV Engineering Technology Research Center , Associate Professor.

Research Focus
车路协同自动驾驶：主要面向智慧道路环境下的车辆协同自动控制问题开展车辆自动驾驶环境感知、路径规划及智能控制等方面的研究工作。
汽车安全辅助驾驶：该方向主要涉及驾驶人驾车安全状态动态识别领域的相关关键技术研发、相关车载技术的开发与应用、车联网状态下的交通安全模式辨识等。
智能网联车辆设计及标准化：（1）智能网联汽车的结构设计、标准化体系及相关标准的制修订研究；（2）房车（旅居车）的结构布局、房车标准化体系研究及相关标准的制修订研究。
